She’s been coaching since 2010 and helps women renew their minds so they can renew their lives. From Podcast Swap to Purpose: Our Connection Story

A mutual friend (thank you, Karen!) found my show and suggested Carla as a guest. We podcast‑swapped in September 2024, stayed loosely connected, and then, months later, while I was planning TPG Live 2025 I felt prompted to invite her to speak. She said yes. That simple, faithful yes turned into a friendship and partnership neither of us could have orchestrated.

At the event, Carla spoke first. The journaling piece resonated deeply, “family table” conversations got real fast, and we both left knowing: there’s more here. The next morning Carla felt led to tell me, “I think there’s something here.” I burst into tears because God had been whispering the same thing to me: You’re not meant to build this alone.

What We Learned (and Lived)

Obedience > Certainty. We didn’t have all the answers, just prayer, impressions, and the willingness to move. God met us as we moved.
Small steps shift everything. Faith is often a micro‑yes: send the email, make the call, show up again. Each yes turns the ship.
Community is the method. My job isn’t a pedestal; it’s pointing women to Jesus and building a true collective where voices are amplified, not compared.

Fear → Faith in Everyday Moments

Carla shares how fear once drove much of her life, and how God used countless tiny moments (not grand gestures) to train her heart toward faith. You’ll learn how to notice fear, pause, and take a doable faith‑step that lets God strengthen you and quietly re‑route your day.

Mindset Shift: “When I feel pressure and urgency rise, that’s my cue to surrender, slow down, and step with God, not hustle harder.”

Align Your Business with God

I’m still learning this in real time. In the episode, I share how I’m practicing daily alignment,discerning God’s voice, suiting up with His armor, and defining a healthy, successful business by God’s standards (peace, faithfulness, fruit) instead of the world’s (speed, flash, frenzy). The result has been a steadier heart and clearer decisions.
