So often our health can be low on the priority list when we have so many other people counting on us. The exciting news is that we can start by just spending 10 minutes a day putting our health first.

We are so excited to hear from @barre3chandler owner and instructor Andrea Laughlin. She understands the struggles we as moms face to prioritize our health. She is also passionate about putting the lie to rest that we just don't have time to exercise.

After Andrea's presentation, we will be walking through some discussion questions together and you will all have an opportunity to share your thoughts and questions! We truly want to create a space where we can work through some mindset blocks we might be having in regards to our exercise routine and put her teaching into action!
